Yesterday two friends and I treated ourselves to a hair style at Saks Salon. I had a rather radical bilevel, mid-ear on the left and chin length on the right. We then had lunch and a Bloody Mary at The Cheesecake Factory in The Galleria. The Galleria was a zoo with the basket ball finals in town. Just FYI the hamburgers at The Cheesecake Factory are delicious.
I needed my angel books to write a blog for Celestial Sin, so I ploughed through 5 boxes of books. I found one of them and the Book of Enoch, both of which will help, but I didn’t find The Dictionary of Angels. This book names every angel and gives a description of him. Handy in choosing names and characters for books.
Today, I’m devoting to writing, though my car needs washing in the worst way. It is actually gray but right now it is yellow with pollen. I’m working on heating up a fallen angel novel originally titled I, Azazel, now called Lost Angel, for my editor at The Wild Rose Press. With Celestial Sin being released May 20, she wanted something else to put on the shelves as soon as we could. Azazel is a romance. The only problem is putting enough love scenes in the manuscript. The story is a My Fair Lady Story. Azazel meets a downtrodden woman and rescues her from her abusive husband. While he is transforming her from a diner waitress into a confident beauty, they fall in love. The problem is they can’t have sex before she is not married. SO I thought I’d let her already be separated when they meet. Would that work for you? Or would it still be a no-no?
